Who needs a group?
Haven't written in a while. Frankly I've been so busy writing papers for school that I haven't had time for anything.

All right I've had time, but not the motivation. Things are looking up this semester, some of my projects are becoming more interesting. Go that.

Having a few troubles of course. Life isn't life without trouble.

For example, in my writing and designing for the web class, we got put into groups to build a website. Which is fine, though I don't normally work with others.

The first night of this group meeting, I have a migraine, but am determined to stick it out to get the info out we need for the week's assignment. So while the teacher is talking, I'm taking notes of what he's looking for in the assignment, writing and outline for us to fill in with discussion (the group). And then he let's us go and this other girl in the group starts yelling at me and bites my head off for daring to begin to (write) the proposal. I'd outlined it mostly, and cut and paste info from the original. Then she pretty much tells me I will be coding the site and she'll be doing the rest of the work.

So where does that leave the other two members of the group?

First of all I hate coding. I like designing. Coding sucks and I don't want to have to do 20 pages of coding by myself. Not for some stupid school project.

Second of all, what do I learn from doing something I already know?

So I email the teacher with the problem and he wants us all to come to class early and talk about it. Great. Just what I need a confrontation. I'm so not good with that sort of thing. Yeah, I pretty much have no guts, but I never let anyone walk on me. Go figure.

Among further issues, Ginny and I outlined some of the info and I finally gave into the headache, came home and was asleep shortly after putting head to pillow. This girl was given the info to do with what she wanted, and she said she'd have it to us by Sunday night to review. Well, it's Tuesday night and still no proposal. GRRRRR.
